About the event

Get your hands dirty with this 4 session workshop where you will learn to throw planters on the pottery wheel, trim them while leather hard, bisque firing, and glazing to create 2 x 8 inch diameter finished ceramic planter

Part 1 you will learn centering and planter throwing techniques to have 1x 8 inch in a drying stage.

Part 2 you will trim, and prepare leather hard pot for bisque fire

Part 3 you will put coatings of glaze on your planter and prepare planter for Glaze firing

Part 4 you will retrieve your pot, rinse them and share your results with other participants and discuss.
