About the event

Take your sewing skills to the next level! In this hands-on Intermediate Sewing Skills series, you’ll deepen your understanding of sewing machine techniques and build confidence working with different fabrics, seam types, and closures like zippers and buttonholes.


Each session is designed around real projects that let you practice new techniques and walk away with something tangible:

  • Session 1: Sewing Technique Sampler

  • Session 2: Seam Sample Set

  • Sessions 2–3: Completed Tote Bag or Similar Project

  • Session 4: Final Project of Your Choice – Create a Zippered Pouch, Simple Garment, or Accessory like an Apron with Pockets or Embellishments.


You’ll leave this workshop with:

  • Enhanced sewing machine proficiency

  • Fabric handling expertise across various materials

  • Mastery of professional seam finishes
